Policies

Your reservation will be secured by the payment of a 25% deposit of the total reservation cost against your credit card

  • The full balance of the total stay rental is required 30 days before arrival
  • If we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following charges will apply: if cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival then a $250 booking fee will be applied; if cancelled within 30 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged and if cancelled within 7 days of arrival then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged to your account.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house at Nau Mai
  • No pets or animals are permitted
  • The owner of Nau Mai accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property.  We recommend you to arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay to cover all aspects of your holiday including any cancellation costs
  • Whilst the owner strives to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
  • Nau Mai is to be used for the maximum number of guests agreed at the time of the booking
  • A minimum of 3 nights stay is required
  • Local phone calls, Broadband wired and wireless Internet and full Sky TV package are free of charge
  • Housekeeping will be carried out every third day of your stay
  • Additional Housekeeping can be arranged for an extra charge of NZ$200 per service on prior request
  • Check in time is after 2:00pm / Check out time is by 10:00am
